Job Description
- Carry out routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of instrument, analyser and electrical equipment & system, e.g. control valve, transmitters, switchgear control, motors, GC, boiling point, freeze point and flash point analyser, etc.
- Troubleshoot critical electrical equipments such as UPS, DC Charger, LV/HV switchgears
- Execute assembly, wiring and termination works on LV/HV switchboard
- Read and interpret electrical single line and schematics diagram • Update and maintain electrical drawing documentation
- Ensure that all Electrical Safety, HSE and Safe Work Procedure (SWP) are followed
Qualification • Diploma or NITEC in a relevant Engineering discipline
Other Information • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in an oil refinery/ petrochemical plant, preferably with EMA license
- Candidates without relevant experience may be considered for entry-level positions
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
