Position: Real Estate Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Support Real Estate Agents: Help prepare and organize documents needed for listings, escrows, and closings.
- Administrative Duties: Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. Ensure all listings are accurately entered into our database and update information as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Real Estate or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using office software, including word processors, spreadsheets, and email, as well as real estate-specific software.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a real estate or administrative role is preferred but not required.
