Senior Proposal Writer

Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Proposal Writer with a strong background in microelectronics and semiconductors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technology and development/delivery processes, and a passion for selling innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and write compelling proposals for microelectronics and semiconductor projects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand project requirements and translate them into clear, persuasive proposals.
• Conduct research to gather information and insights that enhance proposal content.
• Ensure proposals align with company standards and client expectations.
• Manage proposal timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Microelectronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in proposal writing | RFP's, preferably in the microelectronics or semiconductor industry.
• Previous experience in Federal or government funded programs, etc.
• Strong understanding of technology development and delivery processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
