The Project Manager/Scrum Master is responsible for leading and directing 2-3 Agile teams that support multiple Agile projects or one larger Agile project within the organization. In collaboration with technical managers, this role ensures that all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) are implemented according to established processes: requirements analysis, planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. This role is responsible for ensuring that development teams adhere to Agile best practices, utilizing iterative and incremental approaches to deliver high-quality software. This involves organizing development into small cycles that allow for changes and encourage frequent feedback. Mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes and overcome obstacles, while facilitating meetings and decision-making, are key aspects of this role. Serve as a coach, mentor, advisor, and teacher for Agile teams. Support the broader organization by leading, training, and coaching Agile adoption. Assist employees and stakeholders in understanding and applying an empirical approach to managing complex work while eliminating barriers between them and Agile teams. Provide regular status updates to leadership and project stakeholders.
