Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Project Manager 2:

• Lead a comprehensive device refresh project across the country, ensuring seamless deployment of Windows 11 and mobile devices (Windows & Android) with full project lifecycle support
• Manage project planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Oversee asset management, including tracking, inventory control, and lifecycle documentation
• Configure Windows 11 devices using Microsoft Autopilot
• Coordinate with global and local teams for device count and readiness, and labeling and register of all devices prior to deployment
• Manage logistics, including coordinating shipping, receiving, and deployment schedules across the country

Required Skills for the Project Manager 2:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT project management, with a focus on global or regional device deployment
• Proven success in managing Windows OS upgrades and mobile device deployments
• Familiarity with Microsoft Autopilot and Intune, among other enterprise asset management tools
• Experience in coordinating logistics and inventory across national or global teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones
• PMP and other relevant certifications are preferred
