Job Responsibilities:

• Production process management （Scheduling )
• Bottling
• Material Ordering
• Inventory Management
• Manufacturing Cost Calculation and Data Input/Management by using Excel
• Plant Safety and Sanitation
• Supervision of plant staffs (including communication with temp agencies)
• Other tasks to support plant manager

Requirements:

• Native level of Japanese, Business level of English
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Sense of responsibility and communication skills for managing staff
• Must be interested in working in plant operation and management.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply as long as willing to learn.
• Basic PC skills

Work Hours: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Sunday to Thursday (Fridays and Saturdays: Off).
