Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production (ideally in the Electronics/Beauty/Home/Lighting field ) processes and a passion for optimizing efficiency within a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production cycle.

Duties

• Oversee the entire production lifecycle from order placement to final overseas shipment
• Place purchase orders with factories in China for both products and packaging
• Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to schedules.
• Coordinate with various departments, including warehouse and assembly line teams, to streamline processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices for using power tools, hand tools, and factory machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized manufacturing facility.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee inventory management, including the fabrication of components and materials required for production.

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a production or supply chain role, ideally in a consumer goods company
• Prior experience working with overseas factories, particularly in China, is required
• Deep understanding of packaging processes and production workflows
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage high volumes of SKUs (500+ at a time)
