The Production Coordinator supports daily manufacturing operations by ensuring accurate documentation, material readiness, and effective communication between departments. This role involves managing engineering documents, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and production packets, while maintaining synchronization between planning, engineering, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Print and distribute engineering drawings, schematics, and BOMs using Teamcenter and SAP .
• Generate and label wiring job packets using Brady printers with data from engineering drawings.
• Create customer order-specific documentation packets and issue them to the shop floor.
• Track and report daily issued work orders via Microsoft Teams .
• Attend and contribute to daily production meetings.
• Create Transfer Orders and update Bills of Material in SAP as per design corrections.
• Reprint revised drawings and schematics and update production schedules accordingly.
• Coordinate with planning, purchasing, engineering, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment of manufacturing plans.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production coordination role.
• Proficiency in SAP , Teamcenter , Microsoft Excel , and Microsoft Office Suite .
• Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment .
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams .
