Job Description
Ambassador Personnel is seeking a reliable and motivated Production Assistant to support our client's production team in daily operations. The Production Assistant will assist in coordinating workflows, preparing materials, maintaining a clean and organized production area, and ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous production experience is preferred. This role requires frequent lifting of up to 50lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and work areas.
- Prepare materials and supplies needed for daily production runs.
- Support machine operators and production staff with tasks to keep production lines running smoothly.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Track inventory of materials and notify supervisors when supplies are low.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Document production data and assist with reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet production deadlines and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. The role involves standing, walking, and various tasks.
