Pay Range: $80 - $88/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define and implement user-centric design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-Client visual designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Ensure designs are consistent with Metas brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
