This role offers the opportunity to shape the experience of enterprise products in the life sciences and healthcare space. As a Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams to translate complex user needs into intuitive, user-centered solutions. You will contribute across the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, creating designs that drive meaningful impact for customers and end users. This is a highly collaborative role requiring creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to balance user needs with business objectives. You will also help maintain and evolve design systems while influencing the overall product vision in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This position is ideal for a hands-on designer who thrives on problem-solving, user advocacy, and continuous learning.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with product management and engineering to deliver products to market.
• Participate in the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch.
• Create clear, user-centered design solutions from ambiguous problem statements.
• Rapidly iterate from low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity designs ready for handoff.
• Partner with engineering early to ensure design feasibility and quality implementation.
• Develop design artifacts including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visuals at appropriate fidelity.
• Contribute to and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and design critiques to build alignment across teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience, preferably in Enterprise SaaS, healthcare, or healthcare data.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work, including discovery, ideation, and delivery.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and product management teams.
• Hands-on skills across interaction, visual, and user research design, with the ability to adapt processes to context.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops or feedback sessions.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset with a focus on user-centered outcomes.
