We are looking for a Primary School English Teacher for an international school based in Guangzhou. This is a full-time position starting from the upcoming academic year in August, 2025. About the schoolLocated in Baiyun District of Guangzhou, this international school has four sections: early years, primary school, middle school and high school. It provides both Cambridge International Curriculum and British National Curriculum programs. The school campus is large, well-equipped with classrooms, a Music and Dance area, a Library and Information Centre, an Art room, laboratories, a football pitch and other recreational areas.About the roleAs the primary school teacher for Grade 3, you will fulfill the role of homeroom teacher and be entrusted with the following responsibilities:You will be tasked with teaching the National Curriculum, ensuring meticulous planning, delivery, and evaluation of lessons in accordance with the National Curriculum guidelinesCollaborate closely with teaching assistants to both develop and enhance the school's unique curriculumImplement the Read Write Inc program for lower primary students, and organize literacy classes based on students' abilitiesBenefit from the support of specialist co-teachers in Art and Design, Physical Education, Music, and Chinese.
