Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy oncology practice. This role typically manages activities at a single site with either a medical or radiation oncology focus, or multiple sites with six or fewer physicians. The Practice Manager plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, financial performance, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain operational policies, procedures, and objectives to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

• Monitor business conditions and operational issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.

• Lead the development and integration of both manual and automated systems to support practice-wide initiatives.

• Ensure efficient internal communication and promote transparency across the practice.

• Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely management reports to support practice functions.

• Ensure compliance with standards set by relevant accreditation bodies.

• Manage the planning and execution of new office setups and expansions as needed.

• Supervise and support all non-clinical staff. Clinical direction is provided by the physicians.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 7 years of healthcare management experience.

• At least 3 years in a supervisory role managing multiple clinical sites.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged periods of sitting; occasional bending and stretching.

• Manual dexterity required for keyboarding and using standard office equipment.

• Visual and auditory ability necessary for computer work and communication.

• Occasional lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
