A nationally recognized conservative legal organization is hiring a Podcast Producer to oversee end-to-end production of its high-profile podcast series. From shaping content and directing interviews to mastering final audio and promoting episodes, this role is ideal for an experienced producer with a sharp ear, editorial instincts, and a commitment to conservative values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record, edit, and produce high-quality podcast episodes from concept through publication.
- Manage the full production workflow, including publishing schedules, show notes, and distribution.
- Collaborate with attorneys, special guests, and external media contacts for interviews and features.
- Help shape show format, tone, and editorial direction; contribute to audience growth strategy.
- Maintain exceptional audio quality and brand consistency across all episodes.
- Monitor analytics, track audience engagement, and adjust production strategy accordingly.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on podcast production experience.
- Proficient with audio editing tools (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, or similar software).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work quickly under deadlines while maintaining top-tier production standards.
- Deep understanding of and alignment with conservative values and mission-driven work.
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 DOE + competitive bonuses and benefits.
