Establishes and maintains ongoing communication with physician offices, specialty clinics, hospitals, and other partners; keeps collaborators updated throughout the patient lifecycle. Educates through branded materials, tracks leads through the CRM, ensures proper follow-up, and represents the UVC brand professionally. Develops and expands referral base to grow designated UVC Vein business. Reviews and analyzes data on product performance and development opportunities; educates physician contacts on UVC services. Maintains UVC’s image as cutting-edge experts on vein disease and positions the company competitively to protect and grow market share. Identifies referral opportunities and coordinates communications with referring providers and staff (in person, email, and phone). Identifies speaking opportunities within hospitals, ALFs, and medical associations; promotes provider engagement through orientations, events, CEUs, and related activities. Demonstrates and promotes UVVC core values and adherence to standards of conduct; maintains PHI confidentiality per HIPAA and applicable laws. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 2-5 years medical sales experience with 1-2 years outside B2B experience Existing relationships with physicians, ACOs, and healthcare facilities Understanding of vascular diseases and ability to communicate clinical information Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Compliance with regulatory requirements including HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, and Stark Laws Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus Excellent time management and organizational skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills Ability to maintain professional conduct in all work-related situations Proven ability to work independently Must have and maintain personal auto insurance as specified Travel up to 100% of the time About us UVVC is a leading provider of comprehensive vein and vascular care with over 45 clinics across multiple states.
