What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet or exceed annual territory sales goals by collaborating with sales channel partners
- Communicate effectively the value proposition of the employer in sales efforts
- Provide consultative expertise in promoting pharmacy services
- Manage and record all sales activities and create territory-specific strategy documents
- Lead internal and external sales meetings and manage request-for-proposal processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmacy benefit management sector, including product and pricing
- Experience in sales or direct client management
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with well-developed relationship management abilities
- Excellent presentation skills to convey value both internally and externally
