We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative People Data Analyst to join our People Analytics & Technology team. In this role, you’ll turn HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll partner closely with HR Business Partners, Organizational Development, and DEI teams to build dashboards, automate reporting, and support data integration efforts. You’ll help shape how people data is used to drive efficiency, deepen workforce insights, and influence the direction of our people strategy. What You’ll Do Analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic decisions. Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Power BI) supporting DEI, talent, and workforce initiatives. Collaborate with HRBPs, Org Development, and DEI teams to align analytics with business needs. Automate recurring reports and streamline workflows using tools like Power Automate. Translate complex data into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across large datasets. Partner with data and systems teams to support integrations and data transfers. Stay current on people analytics trends and recommend innovative approaches. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or a related field, with a track record of delivering actionable insights. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and statistical analysis. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R, with a basic understanding of how they can be used for data analysis, automation, or visualization. Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and working knowledge of relational databases. Strong analytical mindset with a structured approach to data transformation and documentation. Excellent communication and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
