Job Title: PBM Product Owner
Location: Bloomfield, CT / Morris plains, NJ
Duration: Fulltime
Salary Range- $140,000 $160,000 Year

1. Contribute to business requirements for new and existing systems from ideation through production and project oversight.
2. Extraction of requirements from business sources
3. Discussions with technical resources on business intent and requirements
4. Skills to discuss, if not influence, technical design of associated applications
5. Participate in defining business requirements with business sponsors, TPO and System Engineering teams for new and modified business applications, product, or client requests
6. Apply new technical tools and techniques to support business
7. Provide input and insight into technical design of new and existing business applications.
8. Owns the creation of epics to support analytic needs
9. Participates in essential meetings, ceremonies, and release planning conversations to ensure training or documentation resources support a successful adoption
10. Communicate and report on progress regularly with stakeholders
11. Prioritize and manage workload and meet project deadlines.
12. Serve as a business SME for PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) related processes, including:
13. Clinical policies and prior authorizations
