Well-established, successful boat dealership seeks a Parts & Warranty Manager to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work directly with the Service Manager on all open work orders.
• Manage parts module, all purchase orders, and all parts inventory.
• Manage warranty claims and all warranty processes end to end. Work with the manufacturers to get approval in advance of warranty repairs, if required, and take precautions necessary to guarantee our payment, including but not limited to pictures of the work and returning parts replaced.
• Greet customers and determine needs providing clear and precise instructions on the work order for the technician.
• Answer incoming calls and returning all customer calls before the close of business each day.
• Professionally promote the sale of additional labor services, parts, and
• Communicate with technicians, service manager, service writer daily on all parts and bills of material regarding lead times, pricing, and alternate part options and be prepared to communicate accordingly to the customer during repairs and pick-
• Finalize and invoice work
• Provide prompt, detailed, and timely flow of all
• Assist with Pro Shop
• Obtain the Customer's signature on every work order and collect payment for the work prior to releasing the customer's boat. If the repair cost is unknown initially, obtain the customer's approval on the work order to diagnose issues, and then contact the customer with an estimate for repairs as soon as possible and obtain approval.
