Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal/Executive Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the owner and leadership team. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle personal errands and tasks for the owner as needed.
• Assist with email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups.
• Organize and maintain digital and paper files.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and reports.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations.
• Run occasional local errands (must have reliable transportation)
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking receipts and expenses (experience with QuickBooks a plus)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
• Discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with small business operations or construction/roofing industry is a plus.
