**Job Title: 1st Shift Panel Builder** **Job Description** Engage in panel wiring and electrical assembly of overhead crane units, ensuring precise execution and adherence to safety standards. **Responsibilities** + Measure for conduit runs and angles accurately. + Use an electric conduit bender and interpret interconnect and wiring diagrams effectively. + Work at heights safely while using a harness. + Operate a scissor lift proficiently and perform panel wiring tasks. **Essential Skills** + Assembly + Hand tool proficiency + Blueprint reading + Schematic understanding + Wiring + Panel wiring + Panel assembly + Electrical assembly **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in Electrical Panel Building + Mechanical assembly skills + General labor capabilities **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values precision and safety, offering a clean and well-organized facility to ensure a productive work environment. **Work Environment** Work on the 1st shift from 5:30 am to 3:30 pm, enjoying a stable 9-hour workday schedule that has been consistent for the last 2-3 years. The facility is clean and well-maintained, promoting a professional atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
