\n What’s a typical day as P2P Operations Specialist? You’ll be:
\n- Providing timely operational support for PeopleSoft P2P functions, including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and invoice processing.
\n- Troubleshooting and resolving workflow and functional issues, while escalating technical problems as necessary to minimize disruptions.
\n- Collaborating closely with Accounts Payable, procurement, finance, and IT teams to align system functionality with business needs.
\n- Developing and maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation for P2P processes, procedures, and training materials.
\n- Monitoring system workflows and data integrity to ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement policies.
\n
\n This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
\n- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field.
\n- Have a minimum of 3 years of proven experience supporting PeopleSoft procurement functionality or similar ERP systems in a procurement or finance context.
\n- Possess strong understanding of procurement and accounts payable processes.
\n- Are familiar with service desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
\n- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with experience in writing and maintaining business process documentation.
