📋 Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing

• Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
• Conduct inspections using ladders and/or drones and document conditions
• Build trust with clients and guide them through the process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs
• Work independently while hitting performance goals

• ✅ A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• ✅ Comfort working at heights and using ladders/drones
• ✅ Sales, roofing, or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
• ✅ A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

🛠️ Minimum Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be coachable, reliable, and results-driven
