POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
\nSupervise, assist, and direct the activities of the staff within the outreach and marketing unit to support CFHP Member growth. Actively seek strategic partnerships with community businesses, vendors, and community leaders to represent Community First at community events. Assist in the development and implementation of methods to ensure growth and retention of membership through outreach and marketing efforts. Provide accurate tracking and reporting on outreach activities.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations OR a minimum of four years of supervisory work in health care administration, managed care; general health care industry which consists of strong customer service, outreach, and account services experience is preferred. LICENSURE Valid Texas driver’s license is required. HMO Group License required
