Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively manage a variety of tasks including:

  • Scheduling meetings and calls
  • Handling invoicing, accounts receivable & accounts payable
  • Answering phones
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Taking inventory of office supplies and placing orders
  • Multi-tasking
  • Handling all conference materials and organizing shipments to and from meetings

Candidates must have experience with running payroll & Quickbooks. Candidates will coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls and handle outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly and professional demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors. This position is in-office (Morristown, NJ).

 

Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Extensive experience in Quickbooks
  • Experience with payroll software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
