Occupational Therapist
POSITION SUMMARY : Plans, organizes, and implements Occupational Therapy services for PACE participants as a member of the PACE interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment; planning, providing treatment; and teaching of participant, caregivers or other appropriate representatives/family to maintain participant support in the community.
