Certified Mobile Notary Service ( ) is a leading provider of mobile notary signing services, dedicated to exceptional convenience and efficiency. We specialize in facilitating on-the-go notarial services, ensuring accessibility and reliability. Currently, we seek a Professional Mobile Notary to join our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel to various locations, such as clients' homes, offices, hospitals, or other designated places, to facilitate the signing of documents that require notarization. This could include a wide range of legal documents, such as real estate transactions, wills, powers of attorney, loan documents, and other agreements.
Verify identities, witness signatures, certify documents, ensure compliance, maintain records, and provide expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent.
Notary Public commission.
Legal knowledge, technical proficiency, communication skills, and professionalism.
PREFERRED:
Experience in legal or financial fields, customer service skills, multilingual abilities, mastery of notarization technology, and legal or paralegal knowledge.
Positive reviews from previous clients demonstrating professionalism and reliability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High-speed Internet connection.
Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
Home office setup.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
PAYMENT:
$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
