About Us: We're a warm and welcoming family with two young children: a newborn who needs gentle and attentive care, and a bright, energetic 5-year-old who loves to explore, play, and learn. We have a cozy home with a big backyard and a pool that's perfect for warm weather fun. Our goal is to find someone who will share in the joy of caring for our family and form a strong, long-term bond with us. We're seeking a nanny who: -Loves children and takes pride in creating a caring, fun, and safe environment. -Wants to be part of our family, embracing the role of caregiver and support system. -Is flexible and proactive, willing to assist in other areas where possible, such as light housekeeping or pet care. -Engages and entertains, offering enriching activities for our 5-year-old to help them grow and learn while providing nurturing care for our newborn. -Communicates well and values building a positive relationship with us. Main Responsibilities Childcare: -Provide attentive, loving care for our newborn, ensuring their needs are met with gentleness and patience. -Engage with our 5-year-old through play, creative activities, and fun learning moments that encourage their curiosity and development. -Help manage daily routines, including meals, naps, and school drop-offs/pick-ups (if applicable). Secondary: -Light Household Assistance (Optional, based on interest and availability) -Help with light or moderate housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up toys, loading/unloading the dishwasher, or occasional laundry. -Provide light pet care, including feeding and letting out our furry family member. -Run errands or assist with shopping if desired, with additional compensation.
