Job Description

Join our team as a MIG Welder and Fabrication Specialist, where you will work on both structural and non-structural pieces using a MIG welding process.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on aluminum and structural steel for custom greenhouse frames.
• Assist with metal fabrication, including cutting and prepping materials for shipment.
• Collaborate with crews and subcontractors on commercial projects.
• Ensure adherence to schedules and timely completion of work.
• Utilize hand and power tools, such as drills and tape measures, to build greenhouses.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding, especially with aluminum.
• Experience in reading and working from blueprints.
• Ability to work independently and within a small shop setting.
• Comfortable with travel and working on-site for extended periods.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
