Medical Scribe/Assistant Launch Your Healthcare Career

What You'll Do: As a cross-functional Medical Scribe/Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with physicians, gaining first hand exposure to clinical decision-making, patient interactions, and medical documentation. You'll:

• Scribe live during physician consultations, capturing critical details in the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
• Assist physicians with instruments and procedures, becoming a trusted clinical support.
• Perform patient work-ups post-consultation, helping translate care plans into action.
• Communicate directly with patients, reinforcing treatment plans and building rapport.

What You Bring:

• 1+ years of on-site medical scribing experience
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology and EMR systems

The Details:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8-hour shifts between 6:00am6:00pm
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs, short/groomed nails, hair tied back
• Specialty Focus: Ophthalmology and general healthcare

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
