Medical Assistant/Receptionist – Full-Time

Mt. Baker Pain Clinic – Mt. Baker Pain Clinic is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing team. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment. This is a hybrid position in our Burlington and Arlington offices working as a medical assistant and receptionist supporting the office in various front and back office needs.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities: You will play a critical role in supporting our clinical and administrative team by:

• Assisting with patient consultations and office visits
• Managing triage phone calls and medication coordination
• Providing pre- and post-procedure care
• Supporting patients through their treatment journey
• Checking in and out patients
• Answering incoming phone call
• Collecting copays
• Scheduling appointments

What We're Looking For:

• An individual who is willing to support the clinic in coverage for both the front office (receptionist) and back office (medical assistant).
• Willingness to learn and work as a team player.
• Reliable transportation to travel to the Burlington and Arlington locations.

We are willing to train the right person to get their MA-R

• Experience in pain management or related specialty (preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
