Medical Assistant Instructor
Dallas & Richardson Campuses | Part-Time, Day Schedule | $21–$23/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Medical Assistant Instructor to join our team and teach in our Medical Assistant program. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive instruction within the Medical Assistant program
• Create, revise, and implement daily lesson plans to meet learning objectives
• Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and academic progress
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students
• Collaborate with the Director of Training and Campus Director on curriculum and program needs
• Perform other instructional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Medical Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• Teaching or training experience preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime classes
