What will you do?

  • he room: stoc k supplies, maintain calibration and temperature logs, and keep spaces patient-ready.Coord
  • inate the day: sche dule/confirm visits; partner with CRCs, PIs, sponsors, and labs to keep timelines tight.Prote
  • ct safety: spot and escalate AEs/SAEs promptly; support monitor visits and audits.Suppo
  • rt consent: help ensure participants are informed and comfortable (no consent authority required).

    Must-haves

    • Medical Assistant diploma/certification (CMA/RMA/CCMA) or equivalent training.
    • 1+ year as an MA (externship counts); confident venipuncture and specimen handling.
    • Strong technology proficiency

    Nice-to-haves

    • Exposure to clinical research (eSource/eCRF, Medidata Rave or REDCap).
    • Familiarity with ICH-GCP, SOPs, and CLIA.
    • Bilingual (especially Spanish/English).
