Job Title: Mechanic

Job Description

Perform preventative maintenance and light repair on a variety of rented goods, including lifts and heavy equipment. This role involves testing and troubleshooting products to diagnose needed repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic engine check-ups, oil changes, lubrication, and other basic maintenance tasks.
• Test and repair electrical issues, hydraulics, and fuel systems.
• Enter data of all repairs into the company database.
• Assist other technicians in the yard as needed.
• Use a variety of different hand and pneumatic tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the workday.

Essential Skills

• Experience in preventative maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and repair work.
• Proficiency in hydraulics, pneumatics, troubleshooting, and using hand tools.
• Ability to work with heavy equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in heavy equipment repair.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to bring own hand and air tools.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
