As a Meat Cutter, you’ll play an important role in preparing high-quality meat products for our customers. You'll work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment, using specialized tools and your skills to produce precise cuts and maintain product quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cutting various meats using knives, saws, and other tools
• Trimming fat, bone, and other materials to create retail-ready cuts (e.g., loins, ribs, hams, sirloins, chops)
• Ensuring cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency in all meat preparation
• Inspecting meat for quality and removing any imperfections or defects
• Following all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety protocols
• Performing additional tasks to support team and department needs

• Steady hand and focus during repetitive tasks
• Comfort working in a cold environment (around 32&degree;F) for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs and work on your feet for up to 8 hours
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a team-oriented setting

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 2 years of related experience in meat cutting or food preparation
• Experience with premium cuts like beef tenderloin, ribeye, and New York strip
• Openness to ongoing training and skill development
