Location: Hawaiian Islands (primarily Maui, Oahu, and Big Island)
Compensation: $60/hr
About the Opportunity
Are you a passionate photographer with a flair for capturing stunning architecture, interiors, and tropical landscapes? KBM Resorts is seeking a part-time real estate photographer for our properties across Maui and other islands. You'll be tasked with photographing our portfolio of luxury vacation rental properties to showcase the beauty, comfort, and uniqueness of each listing.
Responsibilities
Photograph KBM Resorts vacation rental properties on island.
Capture high-quality, professionally edited images of interiors, exteriors, amenities, and views.
Coordinate with the property management and guest services teams for access and scheduling.
Upload and organize photos for use in marketing, websites, and booking platforms.
Deliver edited image sets for each property within defined timeframes.
Maintain a consistent visual style that aligns with KBM Resorts’ brand identity.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate, interior, or travel photography.
Professional camera and portfolio with photos using the camera.
Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).
Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural and lifestyle photography.
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible island-wide travel schedule.
Drone photography and FAA Part 107 certification a plus.
Must have valid driver's license and transportation to reach properties.
