About the Role

The Tax Managing Director will also be involved in the direct supervision of tax professionals, and will be a key member of the office or region leadership team, contributing to the overall management and development of the tax practice. Applicants for the Tax Managing Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of experience in tax or a related area. A CPA, Attorney, or EA certification is required. The role demands superior communication, analytical, and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tax strategy development, be recognized as an industry expert in their area of specialization, and have a strong network for business development. The Tax Managing Director will be the primary contact for complex tax issues, and as such, must have the executive presence to effectively interact with clients and represent the company.
