We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager II, Sterile Processing to join our team and lead our facility's production and quality efforts. As a Manager II, Sterile Processing , you'll play a vital role in ensuring our Customers' expectations are met, overseeing management, production, and quality within our facility. Your leadership will drive excellence and innovation in sterile processing. Key Responsibilities Lead and Inspire: Manage and implement Sterile Processing Department processes in a STERIS facility, fostering a culture of excellence. Innovate and Improve: Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and new services to enhance client service. Build and Develop Teams: Hire, train, and manage personnel, nurturing their growth and success while building their knowledge of instrumentation and sterilization procedures. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to safety and health policies, maintaining the highest standards, including JCAHO, AAMI, OSHA, CDC, and AORN. Report and Track: Submit productivity and statistical reports, ensuring transparency and accountability. Experience, Skills, And Abilities Needed Education: High School diploma/GED. Experience: 8+ years in Sterile Processing, with 4+ years in a leadership role, preferably as a Sterile Processing Manager. Certification: Active certification in sterile processing/central sterile via CBSPD or HSPA required (or within 12 months of hire). Why STERIS?
