• Experience with mainframe cics in a production environment.
• Solid understanding of mainframe architecture and system software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast paced environment
