Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Logistics Manager for a Distribution Center located in Ann Arbor, MI area!

Responsibilities:

Lead the site strategically to align business, people, and safety practices
Apply knowledge of how technologies, regulations and vendor supply management impact the business
Utilize tools and data analytics to provide strategic risk insight
Collaborate with retail partners to improve service
Serve as the sight representative in handling government agencies, supplies & vendors
Prepare annual operating budgets
Follow established programs, policies and procedures to produce & distribute safely to meet company and regulatory compliance
Support the development, implementation, maintenance and ongoing improvement of company systems & processes
Supervise & coach direct reports, complete performance reviews & provide feedback to direct reports

Requirements:
