Talent4Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Care Manager for a local contract nursing job in Jackson, Michigan.

Required:  

• Minimum of 2 years case management experience (utilization case management experience not applicable), current active MI RN licensure, BSN degree. Preferred
• Experience with Care Manager and Epic systems,
• Experience with discharge planning.
