Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly respected boutique law firm in Chicago on the search for a Litigation Associate with 3-6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience to join their growing and collaborative team.
This role offers immediate, hands-on experience with direct client contact, active courtroom exposure, and strong mentorship from well-regarded litigators. You'll enjoy a supportive, entrepreneurial environment without the pressure of high billable hour demands.
Highlights:
1400-1650 billable hour expectation - never on call

Qualifications:
3-6+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
Strong academic credentials with excellent writing and analytical skills
Practical experience across all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, and trial prep
Experience or interest in employment, construction, labor, motor vehicle franchise, and/or municipal law is a plus
