Our ideal candidate is personable, committed to cultivating an excellent rapport with every client, and has experience with varied physical conditions treatable with massage therapy. Responsibilities: • Support a positive working environment for both clients and staff through relationship building and team development • Oversee client plans and treatment progression, and maintain accurate treatment records • Ensure client needs are met safely using the therapeutic massage technique that corresponds with their needs • Assess and advise on each client’s unique needs, taking into consideration their level of stress, physical condition, and medical history, and offer recommendations for types of massage and treatment Qualifications: • Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws • High school graduate or equivalent • Must have experience in different types of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Completion of a massage therapy program preferred Compensation: $45 per hour plus tips • Northwest Wellness
