We are seeking a *Licensed Land Surveyor* to support pipeline and property boundary projects across Pennsylvania. This role is critical in establishing accurate site data for engineering and construction efforts. The ideal candidate is experienced in delivering high-quality survey data using total station and GPS technology. *Key Responsibilities* * Perform boundary, topographic, and construction stakeout surveys in the field. * Collect and analyze survey data, preparing detailed maps, records, and reports. * Operate GPS, total stations, and related surveying instruments with precision. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to meet project requirements. * Ensure all survey work complies with state laws, regulations, and industry standards. * Provide training and guidance to junior surveyors and technicians as needed. * Support additional survey-related duties as assigned. *Qualifications* * Bachelors degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field. * *Professional Land Surveyor License in Pennsylvania (required).* * Minimum 3 years of land surveying experience. * Proficient with modern surveying equipment and software. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and within a project team in a fast-paced environment. * Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
