We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our dynamic property management team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Primary Responsibilities & Duties

  • Follow up with company-provided leads and convert online inquiries into future residents.
  • Source new leads through creative outreach, networking, marketing, and by listening to clients’ housing needs.
  • Guide prospective tenants through the full leasing process with excellent customer service.
  • Set up, coordinate, and perform property showings.
  • Answer client questions about properties, policies, and company operations.
  • Maintain diligent and proactive communication, including setting follow-up appointments.
  • Coordinate applications, approvals, and move-in processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, prospects, and clients.
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Create a memorable and positive experience throughout the lead development and leasing process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable following up with and sourcing leads.
  • Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general administrative tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active real estate license is a plus.
  • Or, a strong interest in obtaining a real estate license (we encourage and support your growth).
  • Knowledge of property management or real estate processes.
  • Conflict resolution skills with professionalism and empathy.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree is a plus but not required.
