Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Manager - Operations & Logistics - Amazon to join our team within the beauty and cosmetics division. This role will focus on ensuring smooth supply chain operations, inventory management, and backend support within Amazon Seller Central . You'll play a key role in maintaining product availability, troubleshooting operational issues, and ensuring that all logistics processes align with Amazon's compliance and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate Amazon FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) operations
- Manage inventory levels, shipments, and replenishment planning through Amazon Seller Central
- Create and monitor shipping plans and FBA inbound shipments
- Work closely with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Monitor stranded inventory, suppressed listings, and account health metrics; resolve any issues proactively
- Assist with chargeback disputes, reconciliations, and operational reporting
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon's logistics requirements (e.g., prep, labeling, packaging guidelines)
Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain (Amazon experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and familiarity with FBA workflows
- Experience with inventory management tools and basic data analysis (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
