As the Junior Data Analyst , you will support the integrity and enhancement of customer master data through research, validation, and manual data entry. You will investigate customer records, confirm market verticals and parent company relationships, and ensure accurate documentation across systems. You will also assist in identifying duplicate records and contribute to the cleanup and upkeep of master data. This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to grow into a full Data Analyst position, with opportunities to learn reporting tools like Microsoft Power BI and participate in cross-functional collaboration.

Compensation: $24.00 – $26.40 per Hour 

You will contribute across 3 main components of your role:
Master Data Research & Entry

• Investigate customer names, addresses, market verticals, and parent company relationships
• Validate and enrich customer records using internal tools and external sources
• Perform manual data cleanup and field updates within SAP ERP, SAP C4C, or other systems
• Identify duplicate records and assist in merge/purge processes

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Communicate with sales representatives and business stakeholders to resolve data gaps
• Request missing information and clarify account details in a professional manner
• Maintain documentation of findings and ensure traceability of updates

Growth & Reporting Foundation

• Learn to build basic reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI
• Support metric definition and contribute to data quality initiatives
• Identify recurring process issues for root cause improvements

We are looking for the next team member who is a good match within the following criteria:

• HS Diploma
• 1 year of experience in data analytics
• You are a candidate with an interest in data, research, and analytics as a career path
• You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• You are comfortable navigating spreadsheets, databases, and online research tools
• You have excellent communication and documentation skills

• You are eager to learn and grow in a data-driven environment

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus
