You’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial plumbing and hydronic systems, ensuring quality workmanship and code compliance on every project. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and hydronic systems for commercial projects.

• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings accurately.

• Collaborate with team members or work independently to complete projects efficiently.

• Train and mentor apprentices as needed.

• Ensure installations meet local and state codes and project specifications.

• Coordinate with project managers to assess job needs and materials.

• Communicate effectively and professionally on the jobsite.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumber:

  • North Dakota Journeyman Plumbing License (Required)

  • Minnesota Journeyman License (Preferred – assistance provided to obtain)

  • Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience

  • Blueprint reading and layout proficiency

  • Reliable transportation and hand tools

  • Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Journeyman Pipe Fitter:

  • Fargo Gas License (Required)

  • 4–5 years of relevant field experience

  • Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and plans

  • Reliable transportation and hand tools

  • Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Schedule:

• Full-Time – Monday through Thursday

• Travel project opportunities available (with per diem)
