Responsible for supporting Linux platform operations, leveraging broad security expertise to manage system releases and incident resolution. Utilize bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese to facilitate smooth communication within a global team.
Responsibilities
- Operation, maintenance, and technical support for Linux platforms
- Implementation of security measures and vulnerability management
- System release management, including change control, deployment planning, and quality assurance
- Incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive measures
- Execution of business tasks and documentation in both English and Japanese
- Collaboration with other departments and providing technical advisory support
Qualifications
- Experience in Linux platform support (Required)
- Broad knowledge of security-related topics (Required)
- Work experience as a bilingual professional in English and Japanese (Required)
- Experience in system release management and incident management (Required)
- IT-related certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, LPIC, RHCE, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
