Responsible for supporting Linux platform operations, leveraging broad security expertise to manage system releases and incident resolution. Utilize bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese to facilitate smooth communication within a global team.

Responsibilities

• Operation, maintenance, and technical support for Linux platforms
• Implementation of security measures and vulnerability management
• System release management, including change control, deployment planning, and quality assurance
• Incident management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive measures
• Execution of business tasks and documentation in both English and Japanese
• Collaboration with other departments and providing technical advisory support

Qualifications

• Experience in Linux platform support (Required)
• Broad knowledge of security-related topics (Required)
• Work experience as a bilingual professional in English and Japanese (Required)
• Experience in system release management and incident management (Required)
• IT-related certifications preferred (e.g., CompTIA Security+, LPIC, RHCE, etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team
