MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE WITH JANITORIAL WORK.

Connect Staffing is looking for an experienced Janitor for a Logistic warehouse company in North Houston TX

Schedule:

• Tuesday and Friday
• 3 hours per day, totaling 6 hours per week
• Flexible hours between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements for Janitor:

• Minimum 6 months of Janitorial or cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners.
• Understanding of safety procedures and proper use of cleaning supplies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
• Able to lift 20-50 lbs.
• Able to lift, and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities:

• Empty trash bins and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down desks, tables, and work surfaces
• Vacuum or sweep floors (especially in high-traffic areas)
• Mop hard floors if needed
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, keyboards, phones)
• Clean restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors) and restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Wipe down kitchen/breakroom areas including countertops, appliances, and tables
• Wash dishes or load/unload dishwasher if provided
• Replenish consumables (hand sanitizer, soap, paper towels).
